REACH Reporting Services

The EU’s REACH regulation is hundreds of pages of highly technical, complex requirements. But the title of Article 5 says it all: "No data, no market".

Without the proper materials data (submitted in the REACH registration or notification dossier), you cannot sell your product in any country that belongs to the EU. That’s 27 markets you are locked out of. So data collection is critical to market share.

You may think you’re safe because you don’t sell your product to the EU. But your customer (or the OEM) probably does. Even if you don’t have to file REACH documentation yourself, your customer will need you to identify (at a minimum) all REACH substances that are in your products. If you can’t manage this critical data, you are likely to lose market share to those who can.
