Summits. He was formerly the North American consultant for iPoint
Systems, a leading provider of compliance software. Mike has
hands-on experience in electronic, semiconductor and
automotive manufacturing. |

improve their business processes and develop strategies for
compliance. He has detailed expertise in product lifecycle
management (PLM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
As an engineering manager at Abbott Labs, he championed
environmental compliance within the Diagnostics Division. |

Heidi Wittenborn |

Heidi is an environmental management systems (EMS) specialist
who has audited manufacturing facilities, hospitals and
military bases, as well as providing EMS implementation
training to business leaders. At the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality, she specialized in creating and
implementing databases and in managing data collection and
quality control. |

Cyndi O'Bannon |

Cyndi is the technical writer. Trained in philosophy at SMU (BA), she works only from first source documents, offering
you a careful and accessible reading of the laws and regulations
that affect your business. When you come to our website you won't
see the same press releases that everyone else reprints. She is
RSJ's
webmaster and also handles the invoicing. |
