Heidi is an environmental management systems (EMS) specialist
who has audited manufacturing facilities, hospitals and
military bases, as well as providing EMS implementation
training to business leaders. At the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality, she specialized in creating and
implementing databases and in managing data collection and
quality control. |

Francischetti |

Evandro is the IMDS trainer in Portuguese and Spanish for
all of Latin America. He has more than 20 years of
experience working as a product/quality engineer in the auto
industry in Brazil. As a consultant, he has provided
extensive IMDS support to the Brazilian auto parts industry
and their automotive groups since 2002. |
